Coordinated and scheduled the set construction for the entire studio, managing a staff of 10 set builders plus an additional 11 freelance set builders.

Acted as an In-House Consultant on the management of a $3,000,000/yr turn-key Montgomery Ward retail project, overseeing a staff of 50 employees.
